“Lyeona was simply superb. From the moment we met Lyeona, to the actual crematorium service, I have nothing but praise. Lyeona came to our house approximately 10 days before the service to gather information on mum. Within 24 hours we had an initial draft. We went through a number of changes prior to the service and on each occasion we had the re-draft the next day to review, until we had a script we were all comfortable with. Lyeona helped us with suggestions for content, which was really appreciated. On the day itself, Lyeona was so professional and caring in everything she did and really helped us get through what was a difficult day. We cannot thank Lyeona enough”.
